The FAQS Central Knowledge Base (CKB) was originally developed to address the difficulty call centres have of putting the correct information about a customer's enquiry in front of the customer service representative (CSR) quickly and accurately.
Too much time is wasted with CSR's looking for information, asking colleagues or managers for assistance and ultimately failing to satisfy the customer in a timely and stress free manner.
Calls often need to be escalated to get a resolution; all of this costs money and damages the relationship between the business and its customers.
The CKB performs multiple simultaneous searches through numerous data and document sources to present to the CSR a filtered range of resources that address the search criteria.
The CSR can choose between specially written FAQ's (which can direct the conversation), forms and documents in their native format or other business resources to best respond to the caller's needs.
The CKB is an enterprise level solution that can be installed within the business or provided as a hosted solution.
