The Internal Facing Product Selectors were developed as a mirror of the Public Facing Product Selectors that assists call centre and front line staff to capture and assess product recommendations for the clients.
We generally recommend that the Internal Facing Product Selectors are created to a simple design. They ask the same needs based questions that the Public facing Product Selectors ask but do not need to be prescriptive in the order that these questions are asked. This allows the tool to be more useful to your staff. The tool will progressively assess the responses against a matrix of possible recommendations.
